The Clinical Director will supervise and provide ongoing clinical support to clients paraprofessionals and clinicians to ensure the highest level of quality services are being provided. They will manage the development of clinical procedures and efficient systems as discussed with and approved by the ABA administrative team and provide management for daily operations of the ABA Program which encompasses EIBI home-based community-based and center-based service delivery.

Minimum Education Required
Responsibilities
- Develop procedures to ensure staff accountability and measurable outcomes for staff performance. This involves the use of outcome data to evaluate staff performance client performance and program efficacy.
- Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of the clinical program to ensure that client needs agency standards BACB standards and insurance standards are met.
- Under the direction and with support from Program Director meet with ABA administrative team regularly to report on and assess current and forecasted clinical operations and needs.
- Disseminate information as needed to staff and ensure all staff are adhering to all best practices organization policies and procedures.
- Provide regular individual and group clinical supervision to BCBAs
- Overseeing and providing clinical supervision guidance and support to individuals in an ABA program who are pursuing their BCBA credential ensuring they gain the necessary skills experience and competencies required for certification.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations for BCBAS supervised.
- Manage and communicate concerns relating to coverage productivity collaboration with guardians and state agency representatives and workload expectations.
- Develop crisis management procedures and support/train staff in the implementation of crisis procedures.
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop concurrent reports as necessary.
- Develop and monitor behavior support plans and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals.
- Engage in parent guidance with parents and caregivers to provide support instruction and feedback to enable continuity of the behavior support plan and promote functional communication outside of direct treatment sessions.
- Conduct Functional Assessments and Functional Analysis for interfering behaviors.
- Review program effectiveness make recommendations and monitor data collection.
- Collaborate with community team members as needed (school speech therapy etc.).
- Regular collaboration with the clinical team for the overall case management of the clients ABA programming including initial assessments functional assessments creation of goals and treatment objectives development of behavior strategies creation of data collection system
- Work collaboratively with the ABA Onboarding Training Manager to ensure appropriate onboarding and training systems which are division specific
- With support from Program Director ensure that treatment integrity/procedural integrity measures are utilized per policies and procedures
- Maintain current knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques special educational systems and community resources.
- Responsible for performing other duties and job assignments as required by the administrative team.

Qualifications
- Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst and valid Massachusetts license as a Behavior Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience in the field implementing Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Ability to build strong teams to meet performance goals.
- Professional oral and written communication skills including clinical report writing.
- Must be able to implement crisis intervention techniques as necessary.
- Must successfully pass background checks.
- Must have valid drivers license safe driving record automobile insurance and access to vehicle to be used as directed and when needed for transport.
