Job Summary
Flexforce Pros is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Production/Machine Operator earlybirds to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced corrugated packaging facility. This role is responsible for operating setting up and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality and meeting production will be a temp to hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production machinery including setup adjustments and shutdown
Assist with machine setup cleanup and changeovers between jobs
Inspect product quality (size print defects etc.) and report issues
Maintain production flow by troubleshooting minor equipment issues
Complete production safety and quality reports accurately and on time
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean organized work area
Work closely with operators helpers and supervisors to meet production targets
Train or assist team members as needed and support continuous improvement efforts
Submit maintenance requests for equipment repairs
Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience in manufacturing warehouse or corrugated industry is a plus
Ability to read measurements use basic math and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment
Willingness to work flexible shifts (including overtime if needed)
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand walk bend and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Work around moving machinery noise and varying temperatures
Frequent use of hands tools and measuring devices
