- Perform mechanical disassembly of equipment presenting failures and/or requiring preventive maintenance.
- Assess the overall condition and wear of electrical and mechanical components.
- Diagnose failures and damage in internal combustion (diesel) engines.
- Issue technical reports detailing repair requirements replacement needs and the manufacturing of mechanical and/or electrical components and accessories based on the diagnosis performed.
- Execute mechanical and electrical assembly of equipment.
- Conduct predefined electromechanical tests to ensure the quality and performance of assembled and/or repaired equipment.
- Comply with policies standards and procedures related to quality management systems environmental practices and occupational health and safety (EHS).
- Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper organization care and conservation of materials tools and equipment under their responsibility as well as cleanliness and organization of the workplace.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to work processes.
- Maintain effective professional relationships with team members and direct management.
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services aiming to enhance team efficiency.
