Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York Chicago or Boston. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As a technology delivery lead for M&A you will play a crucial role in supporting and coordinating the implementation execution control and completion of key technology integration initiatives for Oliver Wyman mergers and acquisitions.

We will count on you to:

  • Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings recommendations and initiative updates to stakeholders and the Senior M&A Manager.

  • Collaborate with Tech teams to evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support M&A objectives and enhance integration processes.

  • Monitor progress provide regular updates and coordinate activities across departments involved in M&A.

  • Develop effective plans with defined objectives deliverables and communication plans tailored to M&A activities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and cross functional teams to support successful delivery of key M&A initiatives.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in product and/or initiative management with a strong focus on business analysis in M&A contexts.

  • In-depth knowledge of tech initiative management methodologies and frameworks along with information management practices and tech solution delivery processes particularly in M&A.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders especially in M&A scenarios.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one anchor day per week on which their full team will be together in person.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $80100 to $160200.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience skills training location certifications education and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case addition to the base salary this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
