Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients visitors staff and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific procedures and assigned emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents disturbances and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner escalating concerns and documenting security-related activity according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings parking areas entrances and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity assisting with directions entry procedures and reporting of suspicious behavior and/or policy violations.
• Support a professional environment by communicating with site personnel and first responders as needed and completing required reports related to incidents patrols and daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital environment.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
