CSA Homecare is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteran in the Lithionia area. This is a long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requires Total personal care and dedicated clinical attention.
We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work30 hours/week.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting
- Hoyer Lift
Perform total personal care and maintenance
Document care provided and communicate with the care team
Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
Requirements:
Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia
Experience working with IDD clients
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
Must be compassionate detail-oriented and professional
