We seek a Chair in Spatial Biology to join the Centre for Regenerative Medicine Institute of Regeneration and repair at the University of Edinburgh and affiliated to the Institute of Neuroscience and Cardiovascular Research (Simons Institute of the Developing Brain).

The post holder will be an internationally renowned researcher in spatial biology with a focus on neurological disorders across the life course including neurodevelopmental disorders neuro-oncology and neurodegeneration. They will lead the development of spatial biology techniques and computational analyses to answer biological questions liasing closely with our teams of pathologists surgeons single cell biologists and bioinformaticians.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) but we are open to considering part-time or flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
