What Youll Do

As a ParcelShop Business Development Executive youll be the face of Evri ParcelShops in your territory. You will:

• Grow the networkby identifying and signing new retailers that meet our operational requirements.
• Drive performancethrough data analysis coaching and continuous improvement with existing ParcelShops.
• Build strong relationshipswith retailers to motivate and support excellent customer service.
• Ensure operational and H&S standardsare met including safe parcel handling and correct use of Evri equipment.
• Increase visibilityof our services through training POS updates and instore engagement.
• Promote additional servicesto maximise profitability and expand ParcelShop offerings.
• Provide timely reporting insights and feedback to your Regional Manager.
• Maintain productivitythrough effective planning and regular retailer visits.
• Represent Evriwith professionalism integrity and a customerfirst attitude.

This is an agile fieldbased role with daily travel within your region (and occasionally across the UK when required).

What Youll Bring

Essential:

• Afull UK driving licence
• Experience incoaching supporting or managingthirdparty partners or colleagues
• Strongproblemsolving skillsand the ability to plan contingencies
• Confidence working with data and basic Excel competence
• Acustomerfocused mindsetwith strong negotiation skills
• The ability to influence build relationships and manage retailers effectively
• High levels ofself-motivation initiative and ownership
• A track record ofimproving performance increasing sales or adding commercial value
• Strategic thinking in a busy operational environment
