Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaning Technician to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail the ability to work independently and as part of a team and a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and disinfect all toilet surfaces including seats handles walls and fixtures
• Sweep and sanitize floors; remove debris litter and cobwebs
• Clean exterior areas around facilities (entrances vegetation garbage)
• Restock supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer
• Demonstrated experience safely operating power tools including portable pressure washers for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
• Inspect and maintain dispensers to ensure proper functioning
• Add enzymes to vault toilets and monitor waste levels
• Perform minor repairs (replace seats fix dispensers tighten fixtures)
• Travel between multiple park locations following assigned routes
• Complete cleaning tasks according to scheduled frequencies
• Report damages hazards or maintenance issues immediately
• Maintain daily records of completed work and site conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Maintain professional conduct while working in public areas

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals proper storage and disposal methods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting and moving heavy objects
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid drivers license with Class 5

NB- Experience is a must in safely operating power tools including portable pressure washers for exterior surface and deep cleaning work
