Job Overview
The Chief Operating Officer will be a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations and driving the execution of business strategies. This role focuses on achieving sustainable growth through effective leadership of sales operations revenue generation and operational excellence across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Translate organizational strategy into actionable operational plans.
- Oversee end-to-end business operations including sales customer service and claims management.
Sales & Revenue Operations Oversight
- Provide strategic direction across all sales channels including field sales and telesales.
- Drive telesales strategy focusing on channel optimization and performance management.
- Ensure effective lead generation conversion and customer lifecycle management.
- Oversee field sales structures territory management and market expansion strategies.
- Guide teams to achieve revenue growth and market penetration targets.
External Stakeholder Engagement & Partnerships
- Lead strategic partnerships collaborations and external stakeholder engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through alliances.
Deal Structuring & Closure
- Lead high-value negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Oversee structuring and closing of strategic deals.
- Ensure alignment with long-term business goals and profitability.
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide strong leadership and direction to teams.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive leadership experience including senior management roles.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Experience managing large-scale sales operations.
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Solid financial acumen and performance management expertise.
- Ability to scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
