P-Physical Therapist

Position: Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $46/hr-$55/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist you will work with patients of all ages and backgrounds to help them improve their physical function and mobility. You will be responsible for creating individualized treatment plans administering therapeutic exercises and providing education to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping others and a desire to make a positive impact in their patients lives.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine patients physical therapy needs

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients conditions and goals

- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve patients strength range of motion and mobility

- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in physical therapy

- Maintain accurate and organized patient records

- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in patient care

Requirements:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting

- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to patient care

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records

- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary and Benefits:
