Trainee Development Program

Earnings between 1500 and 1700 USD on average per week
Mileage rate of 0.80 to 0.85 CPM depending on previous background
Annual performance based increases of 0.01 CPM up to the maximum rate
Typical weekly volume between 1800 and 2000 miles
Additional 80 USD provided for every unload stop
Route and Home Time
Operations localized to the Northeast with no cross country transit
