Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Monitor communications systems receive and document calls for service and dispatch personnel to incidents alarms and/or priority requests in a calm problem-solving manner.
• Maintain detailed activity logs incident reports and shift updates helping to support situational awareness and coordinated responses across the location.
• Coordinate with site contacts employees visitors and/or first responders during incidents access concerns medical events or other critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed while helping to observe and report unusual activity operational issues and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
