As a Mental Health Therapist you will provide individual group and/or family therapy services to clients experiencing a wide range of emotional behavioral and psychological concerns. You will conduct clinical assessments develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in accordance with professional standards and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual group and family therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Develop implement and update individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists case managers and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed
Support crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary
Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with licensing board requirements
Required Qualifications
Masters degree in Social Work Psychology Mental Health Counseling or a closely related clinical field from an accredited college or university
Active and unrestricted licensure in the state of California as one of the following:
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting
Strong knowledge of therapeutic modalities such as CBT DBT trauma-informed care or similar approaches
Excellent communication documentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative clinical team
Preferred Experience
Experience working with diverse populations and underserved communities
Background in outpatient mental health community mental health or private practice
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Experience handling crisis intervention or high-acuity clients
