Leidos Defense Systems Systems Integration and TestTeam is seeking aIntegration Engineer Team Lead. We are a diverse team that works to implement unique solutions for complex problems in the defense sector including but not limited to kinetic and directed energy defensive and offensive platforms as well as RADAR and other surveillance and sensor technologies. Primary Responsibilities

• Working directly with the customer and contractors to execute program requirements.

• Creating modifying and executing test plans for development qualification and acceptance phases of hardware projects.

• Completing requirements verification and validation documentation and reports.

• Performing test data analysis and generating test reports from that analysis

• Briefing both internal and external parties on test results and data.

• Debugging software and/or hardware with various tools.

• The position may require working outside in all weather conditions and lifting up to 50 pounds.

• The position may require minimal travel for test events (approximately 4 weeks a year).

Basic Qualifications

• The position requires an ABET accredited B.S. or equivalent degree in mechanical engineering aerospace engineering or electrical engineering with 12 years of experience or 10 years with MS.

• Candidates must have knowledge of and experience with defense or commercial test engineering practices and processes.

• Candidates must have experience developing and executing hardware or software test plans and procedures.

• Candidates must have direct hands-on experience with hardware software or system integration troubleshooting and testing.

• Must have ability to obtain and maintain secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five to eight years of experience with test planning and execution.

• Working knowledge and operation of electronic test equipment (e.g. oscilloscope voltmeter signal analyzer/generator)

• Working knowledge and operation of environmental test equipment (e.g. thermal chamber shock and vibe table etc.)

• Experience with MIL-STD-461 MIL-STD-464 MIL-STD-810 or equivalent commercial or industrial testing.

• Experience with Linux Matlab Labview and WireShark

• Experience preparing and presenting briefings and/or demonstrations to customers and management

• Planning and executing demonstration tests and US Govt test ranges/facilities
