Job Summary

Role Purpose:

To maintain ERP hygiene develop procurement SOPs and provide departmental analytics. This role ensures the supply chain team operates efficiently and complies with internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage SAP master data PO workflows and documentation standards.

Create and maintain procurement SOPs and approval matrices.

Coordinate payment forecasts and track departmental KPIs.

Standardize awarding email formats and management approval processes.

Support internal and external audits.

Generate dashboards for supply chain performance (cost savings on-time delivery supplier scorecards).

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain or Finance.

3 years in supply chain operations or ERP administration (SAP preferred).

Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
