We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining strong productivity and clinical excellence standards.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate develop and implement individualized treatment plans for orthopedic patients
Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility strength and function
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage a daily caseload efficiently while maintaining quality care
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact as applicable)
Outpatient experience preferred
Strong clinical communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced patient-centered environment
