We are currently seeking a Site Training Coordinator for our Clinton TN facility for 1st shift which is 7:00AM - 3:30PM Monday-Friday. Work hours may vary due to the needed training support. Pay rate is depending upon experience.

Job Purpose:
To strengthen workforce preparedness increase training consistency improve safety compliance and support the continued development of all associates this proposal recommends the creation of a Site Training Coordinator position. This role will centralize and professionalize the onboarding training and crossâtraining processes for all departments at the Clinton TN facility.
Primary Responsibilities
1) New Hire Onboarding
- Welcome all new employees on Day One and provide a guided tour.
- Ensure all necessary PPE tools and supplies are issued before training begins.
- Introducing new hires to key team members and department leaders.
2) One-on-One Job Training
- Train employees directly on assigned roles until they reach full competence.
- Follow structured training stages (needs assessment objectives content delivery evaluation).
- Reinforce procedures safety expectations housekeeping standards and production discipline.
- Audit all lift truck operators for certifications.
3) Training Compliance Management
- Monitor and verify monthly training completion for all associates.
- Assist associates who require additional support or retraining.
- Maintain accurate records of training progress and certifications.
4) Cross-Training Program Ownership
- Maintain the already developed site-wide crossâtraining matrix.
- Identify skill gaps based on production needs and schedule training accordingly.
- Work with supervisors to establish achievable training timelines and expectations.
5) Equipment & System Training
- Train associates on scan gun usage including transactions scanning accuracy and system workflows.
- Support inventory-related activities where system accuracy and scanning discipline are essential.
6) Operational Support
- Assist managers with site-wide ordering (Grainger office supplies maintenance supplies/parts).
- Collaborate with process techs to review and interpret PNPs.
- Implement rout changes as needed after evaluating workflow impacts.
7) Safety Training & Certification
- Obtain CPR/AED Trainer Certification to provide on-site safety training during any shift.
- Support associated safety programs and training initiatives.
