About the Role
We are looking for an EEM Application Developer to play a key role in the design development and continuous improvement of Enviroenergys smart heat prepayment systems. You will work across the full software development lifecycle developing and supporting cloudbased and web/mobile applications that underpin the EE Monitor platform used by thousands of customers.
Working closely with developers product managers IT engineers and stakeholders youll help deliver secure reliable and scalable solutions using Microsoft Azure and modern development technologies including C# MVC SQL and web technologies. The role blends handson development with problemsolving system optimisation and support contributing directly to customer experience service innovation and the expansion of Enviroenergys commercial digital services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled application developer who enjoys working in a collaborative publicsector environment and wants their work to make a real positive impact on customers and the citys lowcarbon energy ambitions.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong application development skills in C# MVC and SQL with good database knowledge.
- Web development experience using HTML JavaScript/jQuery CSS JSON and XML.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloudbased systems.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle from build to live support.
- Experience with APIs integrations and troubleshooting live applications.
- Good communication organisation and teamwork skills with the ability to manage priorities.
- Qualification: HND Foundation Degree or Bachelors degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
