Key Responsibilities
Patient Intake & Approvals
- Manage incoming referrals and convert them into active patients
- Coordinate equipment setup and support patient onboarding and education
Day-to-Day Operations
- Coordinate across patients vendors and internal teams to keep processes on track
- Troubleshoot issues including delays missing information and patient-facing challenges
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across the full service lifecycle
Patient Engagement & Retention
- Monitor usage and engagement following up to maintain continuity of care
- Support long-term patient retention and ongoing supply fulfillment in line with compliance requirements
Program Development
- Convert loosely structured processes into clear repeatable systems
- Define responsibilities across teams and vendors to improve efficiency and overall performance
Qualifications
- Experience managing operations within a healthcare medical supplies or related environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable identifying gaps in process and taking initiative to address them
- Clear communicator with a patient-centered mindset
