Sentara Health is hiring an experienced Supervisor Client Connectivity to work full time days with Laboratory Services.
*This is a hybrid position
Overview
Education
- High School Education (Required)
- Associates Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure
- No specific certification or licensure requirements
Experience
- Experience with Epic including Epic-related laboratory integrations.
- Strong knowledge of HL7-based system integrations.
- Experience supporting or implementing Epic Cheers.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
- Experience working with laboratory middleware systems (e.g. 4Medica or similar).
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong analytical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in healthcare laboratory services or clinical IT environments strongly preferred.
