Anti-Financial-Crime (AFC) Technology provides the tools required by the AFC function. AFC is responsible for defining maintaining and enforcing an effective risk management framework to reduce the risk that Deutsche Bank may be used to facilitate financial crime. Its role includes setting minimum standards and monitoring adherence to those standards as well as defining and implementing controls that align with Deutsche Banks global legal requirements.
AFC Technology is a 700 people organization responsible for 90m annual change book of work across 18 programs and the major locations are London Frankfurt Pune Bucharest and New York.
As a Product Manager you will collaborate with our business partners and several IT teams to define and realize a product vision that supports a one stop shop for AFC.

Your key responsibilities
- Defining and contributing to the product vision and roadmap and championing Product and Design Thinking
- Managing Program and team backlogs including leading the refinement process and setting priorities
- Setting value-based goals for the product through various Metrics and KPIs and owning value realization and measurement
- Collaborating with Product Managers Product Owners and stakeholders to manage dependencies across teams and value streams and to help align teams against a common vision
- Managing talent including mentoring and coaching offering constructive feedback succession planning
- Identifying opportunities for and overseeing the integration of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to enhance product capabilities and drive efficiency
Your skills and experience
- Experience of working in an agile environment practicing Scrum Kanban XP or SAFe
- Ability to acquire deep business functional non functional and technical knowledge in the product area and communicate to business and engineering stakeholders to create the product vision
- Ability to write feature acceptance criteria and define MVP for products
- Create user stories in INVEST format and help development team define and refine the acceptance criteria
- Drive end to end lifecycle of a requirement - from elicitation to UAT acceptance and release
- Experience of working closely with stakeholders to define Target Operating Model (TOM)
