CNA caregiver with dementia experience night shift

Tupelo 6 a-6P 42-28 HRS A WEEK. Day shift
Need to be available to work EVERY OTHER weekend

A Caring Hand at Home LLC is currently seeking compassionate dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with 5 years of dementia experience to join our team inTupelo Mississippi. As an In-Home Caregiver you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• • Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and grooming.
  • Provide companionship emotional support and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Help with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and outings ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor clients health and behavior reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel.

Requirements:

• • Knowledge of evidence-based care-giving practices and techniques.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and their families.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients privacy at all times.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor to provide comfort and support to those in need.
  • Certification in CPR First Aid and CNA to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

Benefits:

• • Competitive compensation of $12 - $15 per hour.
  • Full time job type with expected hours of 43hrs per week.
  • Flexible schedule with 8 to 12-hour shifts day shifts night shifts on a weekend rotation.
