The Opportunity

As part of our rail replacement team youll play a key role in keeping communities moving when rail services are disrupted. This is a casual role offering flexible shifts ideal for drivers seeking additional hours or varied work.

• Casual positions available
• Competitive hourly rates penalties
• Depots based in Coomera and Molendinar
• Work across planned and unplanned rail replacement services

What Youll Be Doing

• Safely operate buses across rail replacement routes
• Deliver a high standard of customer service during disruptions
• Follow operational instructions and adapt to changing conditions
• Work collaboratively with control teams and other drivers

What Youll Need

• Valid Queensland Driver Authorisation (DA) essential
• MR or HR Licence (HR highly regarded)
• Previous experience operating buses or coaches
• Strong knowledge of SEQ roads (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including nights and weekends
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol testing
• Australian working rights
