What youll do:

• Lead and manage complex high-impact recruitment projects for specialized and senior-level roles.

• Provide strategic guidance and market intelligence to hiring managers using talent intelligence reports and external data.

• Optimize recruitment processes with data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Partner with HR business leaders and employer branding teams to improve overall talent acquisition effectiveness.

• Mentor and influence team members leading by example in solving hiring challenges.

• Develop proactive hiring strategies informed by talent market shifts industry trends and competitive landscape.

You are:

• 8 years experience in full-cycle recruitment with a focus on high-touch specialized or senior-level hiring.

• Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers through data and market intelligence.

• Expert in recruitment analytics including sourcing effectiveness hiring trends external market influences and workforce planning.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading complex hiring projects.

• Proficiency in Workday or other ATS for managing end-to-end recruitment.

• Deep knowledge of industry trends employment law and best practices in talent acquisition.
