Job Summary
What Youll Do:
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to ensure the hotels facilities guest rooms and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance responding to guest service requests troubleshooting issues and completing preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate has basic skills in plumbing electrical and HVAC is detail-oriented and provides excellent customer service.
Heres a snapshot of a typical day:
- Responding to guest maintenance requests
- Performing routine repairs and preventive maintenance
- Inspecting hotel rooms and common areas
- Troubleshooting basic plumbing electrical and equipment issues
- Ensuring all areas are safe clean and in working condition
Where Youve Been:
You are someone who can communicate clearly with guests and team members learn quickly stay calm under pressure and work independently with limited supervision. Basic maintenance experience in areas such as plumbing electrical or general repairs is helpful but not required.
