What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Materials Science Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Research or coursework related to semiconductor packaging microelectronics or IC design
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
• Comfortable working in a collaborative engineering environment
• Background in advanced packaging substrates or interconnects
• Experience with SI/PI thermal or mechanical modeling
• Familiarity with simulation or analysis tools used in packaging
• Prior industry or research lab experience

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

The successful candidates starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
