Reporting to the Director Studio Operations The Content Production Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end content production ecosystemfrom intake and planning through execution and deliveryacross all brand and commercial touchpoints. This role ensures content is produced efficiently at scale and to a high creative and regulatory standard supporting brand campaigns product launches and retail/e-commerce needs.

Operating within a high-SKU fast-paced environment this role sits at the intersection of creative operations marketing and commercialization ensuring that content not only looks great but also performs and meets business objectives.

• 6 years of experience in content production with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role

• Proventrack recordmanaging content productionof varying scopesin a fast-paced environment
• Knowledgeof photo video and multimedia production formats and technologies

• Experience with budgeting vendor managementschedulingand legal/compliance aspects of production

• Exceptional leadershipteam-buildingand communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of content production from pre-production to final delivery ensuring alignment with business and brand objectives

• Serve as a strategic partner to creativemarketingand external vendors

• Manage end-to-end production for all content projectsfrom concepting and budgeting through post-production and delivery

• Own production schedules call sheets shootlogistics crew booking and equipment planning

• Maintain high creative standards while managing constraints like budgets and timelines

• Build andmaintainproduction infrastructure including tools documentation and vendor relationships

• Manage department budgets forecasting and resource planning

• Optimizeinternal processes and systems to scale production capabilities

• Manage relationships with freelance producers editorscrewand production vendors

• Maintain a reliable roster of freelance production partners

• Ensure all legal licensing and release forms are collected and archived

• Keepaccuraterecords of expenses project wrap docs

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location job-related knowledge skills qualifications and is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
