Were working with a well-established independent bodyshop in the Petersfield area who are looking to add a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit supportive environment where your customer service skills will be truly valued.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor youll be the first point of contact for customers ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Youll handle enquiries provide updates and coordinate with the workshop team to keep everything running efficiently.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am 5:30pm (30-minute lunch)
- 1 in 2 Saturdays: 8:00am 12:00pm (paid as overtime at time and a half)

What Were Looking For:
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approachable manner
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience in a bodyshop automotive or similar customer-facing role is desirable
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
