Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist

Aztrum are pleased to be partnering with a growing architectural practice based in Cambridge. Our client is looking to appoint a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist.
Key Responsibilities for this Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist role:
Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and construction packages using AutoCAD
Support the delivery of residential projects across various RIBA stages
Work closely with senior team members to develop technical solutions and project understanding
Contribute to planning application submissions and supporting documentation
Liaise with consultants contractors and internal teams where required
Ensure drawings comply with UK Building Regulations and company standards
Key Requirements for this Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist role:
Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
Experience working on residential projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
Basic understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn within a team environment
