The role focuses on driving innovation improving operational efficiency and leading the end-to-end product strategy to deliver measurable business impact across large-scale transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation Leadership
Define and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation roadmaps aligning business goals with emerging technologies (AI Data Cloud Automation).
Partner with C-level executives to identify growth opportunities operational bottlenecks and strategic pivots across business lines.
Drive change management ensuring seamless adoption of new digital tools data-driven processes and performance frameworks.
Strategic Planning & Business Optimization
Conduct market analysis scenario modeling and business case development to guide strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at improving profitability efficiency and customer experience.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with measurable KPIs and business outcomes.
Product Management & Innovation
Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to commercialization ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
Collaborate with engineering data and design teams to define product vision roadmap and success metrics.
Drive continuous improvement of existing products and services leveraging insights from data analytics and customer feedback.
Foster innovation by identifying and implementing cutting-edge digital solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational agility.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
Present transformation outcomes and strategic progress to leadership teams and board-level audiences.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Strategy Engineering or a related field (MBA preferred).
8 years of experience in strategic planning and product management within consulting banking or enterprise sectors.
Proven track record of leading multi-million-dollar transformation initiatives and delivering quantifiable ROI.
Strong analytical leadership and communication skills.
Experience with AI Data Analytics or Cloud technologies is highly desirable.
Big 4 firm experience (Deloitte PwC EY or KPMG).
