We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join an inclusive secondary school in Hackney. This is a rewarding role where you will support students in overcoming behavioural challenges and improving engagement.
The successful candidate will provide one-to-one and small group support working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement behaviour strategies and support student progress.
This role requires patience strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
