We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established multi-site clinical team. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality audiological care within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Overview
We are seeking a qualified and patient-focused Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser to join a well-established multi-site clinical team. This is a primarily clinic-based role offering the opportunity to deliver high-quality audiological care within a supportive and collaborative environment.
You will take full ownership of the patient journey from initial assessment through to fitting and long-term aftercare working closely with optical colleagues and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and diagnostic testing
- Perform ear examinations and ear health checks
- Provide hearing aid consultations fittings and programming
- Deliver ongoing aftercare servicing and patient rehabilitation
- Carry out microsuction wax removal (training provided if required)
- Manage clinic diaries and appointment schedules
- Maintain accurate clinical records and patient documentation
- Liaise with hearing aid manufacturers and suppliers
- Support stock management and equipment maintenance
- Patients typically enter via an optical screening/referral pathway
- Full ownership of care from:
- Assessment (60 mins)
- Health checks (30 mins)
- Fittings (60 mins)
- Follow-ups (40 mins)
- Supported by an internal marketing function and strong patient flow
- Hearing assessments & screening
- Microsuction wax removal (gold standard)
- Hearing aid consultation & fitting
- Ongoing aftercare and servicing

Compensation
- Competitive base salary (circa 35000 dependent on experience)
