Job scope
- Provide specialized technical support to customers distributors the commercial team and internal areas.
- Analyze industrial applications and recommend suitable sealing solutions considering variables such as pressure temperature fluid chemical compatibility equipment criticality and operating conditions.
- Provide advanced technical support both in person and remotely to clarify technical questions diagnose failures and recommend solutions.
- Technically support commercial proposals specifications technical comparisons and customer presentations.
- Deliver technical presentations training sessions and roadshows for customers distributors and internal teams.
- Conduct technical visits to customers in Brazil and Latin America performing field assessments application analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Maintain constant interaction with the technical headquarters/base in the United Kingdom for training advanced product support technical alignment and knowledge development.
- Prepare technical reports application recommendations service records and customer support documentation.
- Support technical-commercial opportunity development contributing to value generation for customers and strengthening the companys market positioning.
Requirements
- Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Mechatronics Materials Chemical Production Petroleum or related fields.
- Experience in application technical support field engineering technical assistance technical sales or areas related to the industrial environment.
- Experience with technical industrial products preferably involving seals gaskets packing elastomers hydraulic systems rotating equipment industrial maintenance mechanical components or oil & gas applications.
- Advanced to fluent English with the ability to participate in training sessions technical meetings and frequent interactions with international teams especially in the United Kingdom.
- Availability for national and international travel including training in the United Kingdom and customer visits in Brazil and Latin America.
- Good ability to read and interpret technical information drawings specifications and operating conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to prepare reports presentations and technical materials.

- Interest in customer relationships technical visits training sessions roadshows and technical discussions either in person or remotely.
