As we continue to grow were looking for a hungry and driven Head of Channel Sales to expand and strengthen our global partner ecosystem.

This is your opportunity to step into a leadership role take ownership and truly make a difference.

Tasks

Expand and strengthen our network of SAP partners
Identify onboard and enable resellers VARs and implementation partners
Drive partner-led revenue growth and market expansion
Be our chief product evangelist when it comes to our partner network
Bring new products to market through the partner ecosystem from positioning to successful launch and scaling
Lead the transition from on-premise maintenance products to SaaS
Develop go-to-market strategies
Create scalable partner programs incentives and enablement structures
Act as the key interface between partners and internal teams
Bring structure while staying hands-on in a dynamic environment
Spot opportunities in the SAP ecosystem and move fast to capture them

Requirements

High energy entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and initiative
Experience in Channel Sales / Partner Management in SaaS/software (experience with AI software is a plus but not required)
Background in startup or scale-up environments
Motivation to step into (or grow within) a leadership role
Strong relationship-building skills with partners and stakeholders
AI-Fist mindset thriving for automation and efficiency to make more room for in-person contacts
Hands-on mentality paired with strategic thinking
Fluent in German & English

Experience working with SAP partners or ERP environments
First leadership experience (projects initiatives or small teams)
Understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
Strong drive to build something and leave your footprint
