Job Title: Senior Developer
Rate:- $50/HR W2

Visa: USC & GC

Duration:- 6month
Location: :- Malvern PA(Hybrid 3 days on-site)

Along with strong Java and AWS expertise the candidate should have hands-on experience with the following database technologies:

RDBMS: Aurora
NoSQL: DynamoDB
Analytical Database: Redshift

This role requires more than just hands-on development. As a Senior Developer (5 8 years minimum experience) the candidate should demonstrate prior experience in technical leadership specifically:

Handling complex technical assignments independently
Providing technical guidance to junior developers (0 5 years experience)
Mentoring team members when needed
Supporting knowledge sharing and team development

While this is not necessarily a formal Tech Lead role strong leadership and mentorship capabilities are expected.

Java is the primary and mandatory skill
Python is considered a strong plus / nice to have
