Job Title: SAP ABAP HR Developer
Location: Newark NJ (Hybrid: 3 days a week to onsite)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SAP HR ABAP Developer. The candidate will design develop and implement solutions within the SAP HR module. The candidate should have good knowledge of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits processes strong ABAP programming skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ABAP code including reports and interfaces to support HR/Payroll/Benefits needs.
Ensure code quality efficiency and adherence to best practices.
Design develop and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and other external/internal systems.
Set up and troubleshoot data exchange methods like IDocs ALE and web services.
Understand SAP HR modules like Personnel Admin Payroll and Time Management to align technical solutions with business processes.
Perform testing and resolve technical issues in ABAP and integration flows.
Collaborate with functional teams SAP Basis and business users to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Improve performance and scalability of ABAP programs and interfaces.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-8 years of experience in ABAP programming and SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
Strong understanding of SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits modules.
Knowledge of SAP integration techniques and middleware tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in ABAP and XI/PO environments.
Experience in testing methodologies including unit system and regression testing.
Experience working in large SAP implementations preferably within utility or similar sectors.
Good communication skills and team collaboration.
