JOB TITLE: MP&P Technical Analyst 2
LOCATION: Tukwila WA
PAY RATE: $33.25/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform tool preparation prepreg lay-up bonding machining and assembly tasks

• Conduct mechanical testing and document results including photography of processes and outcomes

• Operate a variety of hand tools power tools and precision measuring instruments

• Read and follow visual aids work instructions and process specifications

• Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines

• Support team communication and coordination across daily activities

• Participate in process improvement initiatives and lean best practices

Requirements:

• Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) including basic troubleshooting

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and detailed work instructions

• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt

• Commitment to following engineering standards and safety requirements

• Trade school experience or current enrollment preferred

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
