Qualifying Questions:

• Are you a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Summary:

• Apply industrial engineering methods to support program requirements across production and operations

• Develop plant layouts equipment configurations and capacity plans

• Design workflows sequencing of operations and production systems for optimal efficiency

• Evaluate and integrate new technologies and techniques into manufacturing processes

• Analyze workflows and develop data models databases and reports to support decision-making

• Research design and implement process improvements to enhance schedule performance reduce costs and improve quality

• Develop and execute plans for facility modifications and operational improvements

• Create and standardize product assembly instructions and practices

• Prepare operations plans including work statement analysis budgeting forecasting and capacity planning

• Support execution planning using project management scheduling and shop load practices

• Provide production supply chain and recovery planning support

• Ensure compliance with safety standards design requirements and ergonomic guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Manufacturing Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science Computer Science or a related field

• 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor s degree

  • OR 3 years with a Master s degree

  • OR equivalent experience with a PhD

• Must be a U.S. citizen to comply with security clearance requirements.
