Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and completed products including electronic units electro-mechanical assemblies and mechanical components

• Identify structural flaws internal defects and non-conformances (e.g. missing welds defective parts)

• Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers dial indicators scales and fixtures

• Accept or reject products based on inspection results and specifications

• Interpret blueprints diagrams inspection instructions and customer specifications

• Conduct inspections using drawings/CATIA process specifications and test procedures

• Document and initiate reports for non-conforming materials parts or assemblies

• Inspect vendor subcontractor and internal components for quality compliance

• Maintain accurate quality records and documentation

• Perform line clearances to ensure proper material control between production lots

• Support continuous production flow through cross-training and assisting other team members

• Follow established work sequences and quality control procedures including statistical process controls (SPC) where applicable

• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements:

• Must be open to any shift

• Training and certification will be provided as needed

• Ability to work from technical drawings specifications and inspection checklists

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
