Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process and completed products including electronic units electro-mechanical assemblies and mechanical components
Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers dial indicators scales and fixtures
Accept or reject products based on inspection results and specifications
Interpret blueprints diagrams inspection instructions and customer specifications
Conduct inspections using drawings/CATIA process specifications and test procedures
Document and initiate reports for non-conforming materials parts or assemblies
Inspect vendor subcontractor and internal components for quality compliance
Maintain accurate quality records and documentation
Perform line clearances to ensure proper material control between production lots
Support continuous production flow through cross-training and assisting other team members
Follow established work sequences and quality control procedures including statistical process controls (SPC) where applicable
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements:
Must be open to any shift
Training and certification will be provided as needed
Ability to work from technical drawings specifications and inspection checklists
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
