Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Manager with deep expertise in the Promotional Products / PromoTech industry to drive aggressive growth across US enterprise and mid-market accounts. This role is ideal for a hunter-mindset sales leader who thrives on building pipeline closing large deals and expanding strategic client relationships.

You will play a critical role in expanding our PromoTech platform helping promotional distributors branded merchandise providers and print-on-demand companies modernize their sales and fulfillment operations through cloud ERP and e-commerce technologies.

This is a 100% remote role within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Drive net-new business acquisition within US mid-market and enterprise accounts
Build and manage a self-generated pipeline through outbound prospecting networking and referrals
Sell complex enterprise SaaS / ERP / cloud solutions to promotional product companies
Develop strong relationships with C-level executives decision makers and industry stakeholders
Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and deal closure
Consistently close $500K $5M enterprise deals
Maintain accurate pipeline management using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate with marketing product and delivery teams to ensure successful solution positioning
Represent the company at industry trade shows events and promotional product conferences

Required Qualifications

10 years B2B enterprise sales experience selling technology solutions to US customers
Direct experience in the Promotional Products Industry (PromoTech) mandatory
Proven ability to close large enterprise deals ($500K $5M)
Consistent 100% quota attainment history
Strong network within promotional merchandise branded products and print-on-demand sectors
Expertise in selling cloud platforms ERP solutions e-commerce platforms or BPO services
Demonstrated hunter mentality with strong pipeline generation ability
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or enterprise CRM platforms
Excellent communication negotiation and executive-level presentation skills
Must be based in the United States

Preferred Experience

Background selling into promotional distributors branded merchandise companies or print providers
Experience working with PromoTech platforms order management systems or e-commerce integrations
Exposure to ERP platforms such as NetSuite SAP Microsoft Dynamics or custom cloud solutions
