Randstad is seeking a UX Content
Manager (Contractor) to play a critical role in elevating the user experience across our clients owned and operated digital channels. This individual will create intuitive streamlined user journeys that
drive engagement strengthen brand affinity and support key business KPIs.
As a UX Content Manager (Contractor) you will lead the planning creation and optimization of
user-centered content across consumer-facing digital experiences. You will partner closely with UX
Product and Marketing teams to ensure content is clear compliant and aligned to both user needs and
business goals.
This role is hands-on and execution-focused with responsibility for delivering high-quality UX content at scale within a regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience working on digital or web product teams closely collaborating
with UX designers developers product managers and analysts.
Demonstrated expertise in UX writing and UX copywriting including:
o Buttons form labels help text tooltips alerts and error messages
o Headlines summaries and short-form content
Working knowledge of digital content fundamentals including:
o Web publishing and CMS workflows
o Responsive design principles
o Information architecture and usability
o HTML CSS and basic JavaScript (conceptual understanding)
o Search taxonomy and metadata
Experience analyzing and applying insights from user research analytics search behavior and
market trends.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present content decisions
to stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced
evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing Journalism Communications or a related field (or equivalent
experience.
Experience in content strategy content operations or content system management.
Background in financial services or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum ways of working.
Experience working in Figma and collaborating within design systems.
Experience creating or supporting mobile app content experiences.
