10-12 years of experience in program delivery preferably in BFSI or fintech.
5 years of hands-on experience in the payments industry including merchant onboarding payment gateway integrations and digital banking platforms knowledge of acquiring and issuing business.
Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of implementation lifecycle configuration-driven delivery and offshore coordination.
Experience with agile methodologies sprint planning and backlog management.
Excellent communication documentation and presentation skills.
Experience with global payment aggregator platforms.
