seeking an experienced Software Engineer 3 to support its IT Administrative Applications Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team.

This role is responsible for designing developing and maintaining advanced automation and document intelligence solutions that transform large complex data into structured and actionable outputs. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RPA technologies document processing and data analytics within a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable RPA solutions using tools such as Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate
• Build automation workflows for both attended and unattended bots interacting with web applications
• Develop solutions to process and transform large multi-hundred-page documents into structured data
• Integrate RPA solutions with APIs databases and external systems (RESTful services SQL)
• Perform document ingestion parsing and analysis using intelligent automation frameworks
• Enable search capabilities using tools like Azure Cognitive Search
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments
• Provide infrastructure support troubleshooting and performance optimization
• Develop reports and analytics based on structured and unstructured data
• Continuously improve automation processes and solution performance

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in RPA development
• 4 years hands-on experience with Blue Prism (attended & unattended bots)
• Strong experience integrating RPA with APIs RESTful services and SQL databases
• Proven experience developing reports and analytics from structured/unstructured data
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows)
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Java programming
• Experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Search

Certifications

• Blue Prism Certification
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
