Job Summary
Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge on Microsoft platforms products preferred.
- Understanding of Incident management Major/ Critical Incidents and Service Requests
- Understanding common computer Hardware Software and technical terminologies.
- Basic Operating System knowledge (IOS and Windows)
- Hands on experienced on ITSM tool preferred (eg. SNOW Dynamics)
Knowledge of relevant applications specific to Service Desk
