Payments Fundamentals

As a Data Engineer you will design develop and maintain data solutions that facilitate data generation collection and processing. Your typical day will involve creating data pipelines ensuring data quality and implementing ETL processes to effectively migrate and deploy data across various systems. You will collaborate with team members to enhance data workflows and contribute to the overall efficiency of data management within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Jocata STAR and RAMP Compliance applications ensuring timely resolution of production issues.- Monitor system health job schedules alerts and integrations using monitoring tools and logs.- Timely production issue raised with Jocata vendor and follow-up with till permanent fix on the same. Once fix is received then raise the standard CR for further approvals and process on the same.- Work closely with L1 support developers and QA teams to escalate and resolve complex problems.- Handle batch monitoring data validation and reporting discrepancies between systems.- Execute regular maintenance patch deployments and release validations in coordination with Devops team.- Document issues workarounds and resolution steps in the knowledge base for future reference.- Support end-users and compliance teams in managing alerts workflows and case management activities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Payments Fundamentals.- Hands-on experience in supporting Jocata STAR and RAMP applications (Compliance AML KYC Risk Monitoring modules). - Good understanding of financial compliance AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and risk management processes.- Strong knowledge of SQL (data extraction and analysis) Linux/Unix commands and application logs analysis.- Exposure to batch jobs ETL processes and interface monitoring.- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Payments Fundamentals.- This position is based at our Mumbai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.

• Must have experience on IMPS/UPI/NACH/E NACH/NEFT/RTGS/GPS/SFMS functional/technical workflow knowledge.
• Handson experience in restarting services in app servers knowledge on kubernetes and should be able to do deployment.
• Handson experience in Batch execution process as applicable
• Must have good knowledge of SQL and Linux/aix .
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and working with branches to resolve the problem and log analysis.
• Conducting RCA and CAPA (corrective and preventive actions steps) independently.
• Defect triaging and working on Continuous improvement identification and thought to reduce the work.
