Job Summary

Were hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers for Solo Night Runs in and around Middletown PA.

We are immediately hiring Class A CDL - FedEx Ground Truck Drivers! We are looking for dedicated and professional truck drivers to handle assigned Solo night route shifts.

What Youll Do -

Operate a tractor-trailer combination including doubles
Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment
Drop and amp; Hook Only - No-touch freight
Verify and complete required documentation and reports
Maintain accurate daily logs
Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch (delays arrivals equipment problems)
Comply with all applicable laws regulations and company policies/procedures
Perform other duties as required

Pay and amp; Benefits -

Pay: $29 $33/hour (Solo Night Run)
Drivers with 2 years of doubles experience qualify for higher pay range
Up to $500 quarterly safety bonus (for safety compliance and no Motive events)
Medical Dental and Vision through UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
Simple IRA through Fidelity Investments
Paid Time Off:
1 week after 1 year
2 weeks after 2 years
Training: 3 4 days (covers route overview ELD procedures dispatch process and location layouts)

Requirements -

Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with doubles/triples endorsement
1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) based on hiring standards
Pass background check
Ability to attain doubles/triples trailer endorsement
Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

Schedule - Monday to Friday (1 weekend per month is mandatory; extended 6-week shifts available)
