Job Summary

AV Design Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads the shop drawings preparation and submissions.
Study documents and drawings for tender and RFQs.
Create the detailed BoQ.
Create the system’s detailed schematic design.
Coordination workshops and technical support to the projects team.
Prepare progress reports (monthly annual drawings log etc ).
Review system proposals through delegated DRs.
To impart training to design team members & draughtsmen to improve team activities and efficiency.
Train Techno Q staff members on selected topics.
Implement Company Quality Management System

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Electrical Telecommunications or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in AV system design preferably in a consultancy or system integrator environment.
Proficient in AutoCAD Revit Visio and other design/documentation software.
Strong understanding of AV standards signal types and system integration.
Familiarity with control and DSP platforms (e.g. Crestron AMX Extron QSC Biamp).
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Avixa or CTS-D certification
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
