Job Summary
Firma Concrete is a growing division of Firma Contracting delivering high level concrete and civil scopes across Edmonton and surrounding areas. We work on major infrastructure commercial and structural projects and are building a team that takes pride in quality execution and leadership.
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations manage crews and ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple crews across active job sites
Coordinate daily concrete operations including formwork placement and finishing
Work closely with project managers clients and subcontractors
Maintain schedule productivity and quality control
Enforce safety standards and lead by example on site
Review drawings plan work and solve field challenges proactively
Track manpower materials and equipment usage
Requirements
Minimum 2 to 5 years experience in concrete construction
Proven leadership as a Superintendent or General Foreman
Strong understanding of formwork systems placement and finishing
Ability to run large scale pours and coordinate logistics
Solid communication and problem solving skills
Valid drivers license
