Wereseeking an experiencedSrData Scientist to join our growing Enterprise Data Science & AI this role you will serve as a technical expert in developing and implementing advanced machine learning/AI models and analytical solutions to improve Gartners data quality and drive business with cross-functional teams toidentifydata science and AI opportunities solve complex business problems and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Whatyoulldo:

• Design develop and deploy AI solutions to elevate the quality and depth of Gartners data assets ensuring high accuracyreliabilityand completeness

• Lead the development ofvariouspredictive and optimizationuse cases.

• Follow best practices for data science methodologies including coding standards modelvalidationand model monitoring

• Partner with business users to understand business requirements and translate data science solutions into business action items

• Collaborate with IT teams toidentifyand design data pipelines and infrastructure that supports data science model use cases

• Define success metrics and KPIs for data science projects and initiatives

Whatyoullneed:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Data Science Computer ScienceStatistics Information Management or related quantitative field

• 6-8years of experience in data science with a proventrack recordof successfully delivering data science and AI projects in business environments

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

• Strong programming skills inPythonand experience with data science libraries (sklearn pandas NumPy PyTorch/TensorFlow)

• Knowledge of software development practices (version control CI/CD code review)

• Experience withMLOpstools and best practices for model deployment and monitoring

• ProficiencyinSQL

• Strong experience with large language models (LLMs) and generative AI applications using frameworks likeLangChainand Hugging Face and deploying them on cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
